Client, AVIFoodsystems, reported that the DMS emails are not going out to the candidates from Applicant Tracking.
I attempted to test and send DMS document to test candidate (ID: 394182) for requisition 012978, and I was able to reproduce the issue.
The DMS pop up in the ATS displays the DMS document being created and sent to the candidate, but the email is not delivered to the candidate's email address in inbox or spam.
When we manually login as the Candidate on the DMS portal, we are able to see the document being created at the DMS side.
I checked on SendGrid and there are no entries for the email going out to the test candidate.

Priyank Saxena The emails sent since yesterday were stuck in a queue because of a service issue. We have resolved it, all pending emails have been sent out now.
