Comprehensive logging is needed on DMS and COM services for outage alert.
- Need CPU usage alert on all DB servers(https://careerbuilder.atlassian.net/browse/SDB-2958)

- Alert for High CPU/RAM usage on all API servers
- Alert on exception in DMS and Communication API
- Alert on exception in PDF service
- Alert when PDF service is not responding with correct response
- Alert if DMS or Communication APIs are not responding(or taking long time to respond)
- Alert if an email is failed to go out from communication service
- Alert if email is taking time to go out from communication service
