      Comprehensive logging is needed on DMS and COM services for outage alert.

      2. Need RAM usage alert on all DB servers(https://careerbuilder.atlassian.net/browse/SDB-2958)
      3. Need Disk usage alert on all DB servers(https://careerbuilder.atlassian.net/browse/SDB-2958)
      4. Alert for High CPU/RAM usage on all API servers
      5. Alert on exception in DMS and Communication API
      6. Alert on exception in PDF service
      7. Alert when PDF service is not responding with correct response
      8. Alert if DMS or Communication APIs are not responding(or taking long time to respond)
      9. Alert if an email is failed to go out from communication service
      10. Alert if email is taking time to go out from communication service
      11. Alert to cross check is an email sent out by DMS service did not go out from communication service
