      Description

      Find strategy for optimizing email log size

      1. Archival policy(Dump old data to files before 1st January 2021 to XML on S3 bucket)
      2. Dump old data to files.
      3. Handle embedded images in delinquent emails(migrate images out of email to links).
      4. Every 3 months, should archive old logs.
