Verified this case in case of Create/Edit templates on Staging.

Embedded images are getting converted into urls.

Moving ticket for QA verification.

Hello Mohd Belal,

Above reported issue has been verified from my end, I can see all the images in email templates as link URLs on both Stage and Production env's.
