I checked this and found the API 
https://dms-web-api-prd-us.zt.careerbuilder.com/api/Person/GetAllPersonRecords/155 is returning the empty array. This API returns the person data based on userId and now it is just returning the empty array so we are taking the first personId for all other companies and that's why having this issue.
 
So you need to provide a fix for this API.

This issue was due to DMS-2231. As DMS-2231 is fixed you can test this also.

For  DMS-2231   , i need valid data and this is dependent on DMS-2470
