Description

When user tries to download any document from "Document Templates and Offer Letter Templates" library in CBAT , it is neither downloading any document nor displaying any error message.

environment : STAGE
Browser: Firefox

Hi poonam.rana

I tested this in chrome and there I'm able to download the document but in Firefox I'm not able to access the CBAT side, I just stuck at the screen

so not able to test the functionality.
