User who has been with the client for several years suddenly received a DMS welcome email (screenshot) on April 6. They would like to understand why this happened in order to ensure this is not a symptom or precursor of a larger problem.
According to the client:
There are no active DMS Documents
There are only 2 archived documents that haven’t been touched since 2019
I checked all 3 of the customer’s “Form Workflow Templates” and DMS is not connected to any workflow steps
Following ATAO-4168, created this card to have DMS team to investigate.
This is not a new user and this user is really active in CBAT system, we have login event since 2017 almost every days, welcome emai lshould have been sent earlier, not now.
