There seems to be an issue with the admin permissions not allowing a user to edit the documents before sending.

Concern: You can not edit the mapped field, form with thin the popup window, even thou the permissions allow you to do it. (set as a required field)The user is not having this issue, only the admin rights.

Investigation:  

• Verified the form and the rights are checked correctly, for the admin
• Tested and the user is not able to edit in the preview window.

Current Workaround: make the change in the candidate profile FIRST and then deploy the form again.   

I have seen this before, but no ticket was open, just remember this happening around the time of a previous deployment.
