Hi Jayshree Nagpure,

Here you are creating the template, not updating it. Previously It was on update template issue. And also, in create the template you will get an error if the error comes from the server side.

Please check and let me know.

We have verified this on preproduction.
Verified this for New template with duplicate name
Verified for Existing template with Duplicate name
Application is now showing validation "Document with this name already exists. Please enter different one."
