Overview:
Allow end users access to a link to login to platform to complete forms.

Entry:
*End User enters DMS platform via log in.

Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I receive an email to complete document(s), I am able to log into the portal (notification).
*IF my password is forgotten, I am able to change my password.
*IF I am logged into the portal as an end user, I have the ability to log out.

Exit:
*End user exits the DMS platform.
