      Description

      Overview:
      Allow end user to see which form(s) have been requested to be completed.

      Entry:

      • End user enters DMS platform via link.
      • End user sees forms awaiting completion.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      *IF I log into the platform, I am able to see forms needing completion.
      *IF I log into the platform, I can see previous forms that I have already completed for the company.
      *IF I log into the platform, I can see any reference documents the company has sent me.

      Exit:
      *End user completes forms or exits platform.

            1. reference document section not appearing
            QA: For reference we have created separate jira and dev is working on the same DMS-748

            2. user can add comment, but after you add a comment it says 'File uploaded!' and then leads user to a preview page of a document. When i go back to the main page and refresh the comment is there, however none of that other behavior should be happening
            QA: Jira logged against ID: DMS-1003

            3. It lets you select a file, but nothing happens after you do this.
            QA: Jira logged against ID: DMS-1004

            4. When you try to download a signed document, it just opens the preview - vs downloading the completed form (with fields completed / signature)
            I don't know what line 8 on testing cases wants me to test
            QA: With current implementation we have only view option. Please let us know if you want download option as well.
