Hi Aruna Raheja,
Below are the comments on the attached mock up
- Sender Name is Company Name and Email address is of company
- Signature Documents and Reference Documents can you highlight or some visual display to differentiate between Document and Attachments in these
- Do we need the Date timestamp below company name?
- "Hitt Contracting" is the sender name
- Can we have a page title on this
- Rest all looks fine good for Sprint
Regards,
Samir
Hi Samir,
PFB my comments:
- Sender Name is Company Name and Email address is of company - Yes
- Signature Documents and Reference Documents can you highlight or some visual display to differentiate between Document and Attachments in these - Have changed the icons, kindly have a look. Also as discussed, i have change the Signature Documents to Action Documents
- Do we need the Date timestamp below company name? - As discussed, it is the date and time when the forms has sent to end user. Molly can confirm on this whether she required the same or not
- "Hitt Contracting" is the sender name : This is normal text message, so admin can type anything
- Can we have a page title on this : Added this
Have updated the screen with today's date. Kindly have a look.
Samir : As per Molly comments, i have added attached file functionality here. Can you review the design again which is having today's date.
CC : Kindly review
Aruna Raheja I think it looks good.
I don't think the timestampe is necessary for company name.
Molly Ronovsky have remove timestampe from company name. Kindly review
Aruna Rahejalooks good to me.
Hi Aruna Raheja,
Please find below snap where we have put our question and understanding. Please let us know your view on this.
.
Thanks,
Ganesh
Thanks Aruna Raheja for updates. will check with Samir & Swapnil Pandhare for remaining points.
Hi Aruna Raheja,
As per our understanding above mock up is shown details of single form right? if yes then is there any page on that we are showing list of all send form details, that sent to particular logged in person.
Thanks,
Ganesh
Ganesh SadawarteAruna Raheja
Hi - just was reading through the comments. The mock-up you guys are discussing is the end user (candidate) portal, in which they click a link from email and they are directed to this page in which they will see forms they have completed and / or forms they still need to complete / status of those forms. Does that make sense?
Review and Sign - this is the title of the page when the end user lands on their portal. This is where they can REVIEW documents they have signed / reference documents OR actually completed documents that they have not completed yet.
Please let me know if anything is unclear?
Aruna Raheja, I am having few doubts regarding styling as below:
Review and Sign Page_Post Comment.png- Here Action Documents and Reference Documents boxes are with shadow and Signed button is in green BG color with tick mark.
Review and Sign Page_Post Comment.png- Here ction Documents and Reference Documents boxes are without shadow and Signed button is in blue BG color without tick mark.
Which needs to be followed? Please confirm.
Smita Pawar : You have to use below one, have deleted the other file.
Review and Sign Page_Post Comment.png- Here Action Documents and Reference Documents boxes are with shadow and Signedbutton is in green BG color with tick mark.
Hi Aruna Raheja & Molly Ronovsky,
Could you please confirm below understanding.
- This page get open when person clicked on link which is sent by mail.
- After open page send form details will shown as per provided details
- In Action Documents section display forms name's which is selected while sending form with required action attachment?
- In Reference Documents section display form name's which is selected while sending form with reference attachment?
- If there are multiple sender then how we will there details.
Thanks,
Ganesh
Hi Ganesh Sadawarte,
All the above points are correct, if there are multiple senders then there will be different emails received by user.
Molly Ronovsky Kindly correct me if i am wrong.
Aruna Raheja that is correct.
Ganesh Sadawarte Is there a better way we could handle sender? Maybe attach to a file name? The mock-up is how Sertifi displays it today - but if we can show it in a better way, we should. I'm wondering if we could just associate it to a file vs. the page.
Hi Molly Ronovsky,
Adding to Ganesh's query, currently this page is getting opened through redirection from email link. So, only that particular sender's document are shown.
Please confirm , if we are using same page when candidate logs in, all documents sent to him will be shown here? Or there is different page for that?
Thanks,
Swapnil p.
Hi Swapnil Pandhare,
Yes, all documents that have been sent to that particular candidate would be shown there. Even if a different consuming app sends something to the candidate, they would have access to those files in their 'portfolio'. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Molly
Hi Molly Ronovsky & Swapnil Pandhare
As discussed in yesterday meeting, have added attachment type option on Attach file popup. Kindly check.
Aruna Raheja Looks good - but shouldn't we show what it was tagged as on the other pages too? I know you used 'Action Document' but really it could be a list of anything - 'Application', 'Resume', 'i-9'....
Hi @aruna,
Can you please add this in DMs-41 as well?
Thanks,
Swapnil P.
Hi Swapnil Pandhare,
It's already added there.
Molly Ronovsky Can you please explain this on which pages you required this "but shouldn't we show what it was tagged as on the other pages too?"
I know you used 'Action Document' but really it could be a list of anything - 'Application', 'Resume', 'i-9'.... : Yes i have put dummy right now, this can be handled by dev team.
Hi Molly Ronovsky : Have added the tag on page. Kindly check.

Per discussion yesterday:
- Uploaded attachments do not need to be associated with forms
- Candidates that come to the portal will have option to upload anything that they choose; CBES will have interface where they will know exactly what they need to upload. Trent Sherrell will share the mock-up with Aruna Raheja how it will look / work in CBES
- When candidate tags their attachment - attachment type will be a dropdown list with a set of standards, as well as custom types by client
- Attachment type can be a mandatory field
Aruna Raheja Just saw the tag type - looks like a button? Also, can you name it something else besides action document, maybe do this one direct deposit? since that is what it is and the tags will be items more like that.
Molly Ronovsky : The design was shared by Kristen as they are using tags like this way only. Have changed the tag name to Direct Deposit. Kindly check
Aruna Raheja looks good to me - only other thing is to make attachment type mandatory
Molly Ronovsky : Have made the field mandatory. Kindly check.
- reference document section not appearing
- user can add comment, but after you add a comment it says 'File uploaded!' and then leads user to a preview page of a document. When i go back to the main page and refresh the comment is there, however none of that other behavior should be happening
- It lets you select a file, but nothing happens after you do this.
- When you try to download a signed document, it just opens the preview - vs downloading the completed form (with fields completed / signature)
- I don't know what line 8 on testing cases wants me to test
1. reference document section not appearing
QA: For reference we have created separate jira and dev is working on the same DMS-748
2. user can add comment, but after you add a comment it says 'File uploaded!' and then leads user to a preview page of a document. When i go back to the main page and refresh the comment is there, however none of that other behavior should be happening
QA: Jira logged against ID: DMS-1003
3. It lets you select a file, but nothing happens after you do this.
QA: Jira logged against ID: DMS-1004
4. When you try to download a signed document, it just opens the preview - vs downloading the completed form (with fields completed / signature)
I don't know what line 8 on testing cases wants me to test
QA: With current implementation we have only view option. Please let us know if you want download option as well.
Robert Malony FYI
Priya Dhamande
4. The requirement has always been for the user to be able to download the completed form.
We have created separate jira for signed document to download with ID: DMS-1007.
Hi Priya Dhamande,
Is there a ticket that you can link for number 1?
Thanks,
Robert
cc: Molly Ronovsky, Swapnil Pandhare, and Samir
Robert Malony
Yes, ID for the same is DMS-748.
Hi Molly Ronovsky
Kindly check the attached mockup.
