Template library | Paging removes when "ALL" page options selected

      Description

      Replication steps :

      1)Open the dashboard
      2)Navigate to Template library -> Active template
      3)Select to show only 5 template options
      4) Then select to Show All
      5) Paging is removed when all is selected

      Expected :
      when all options is selected paging should be displayed

      Note : This issue exists for below page
      1) Template library -> Archived template
      2) Completed / Sent Forms Library (Active and Archived Template)

            Hi Jayshree Nagpure

            When a user selects ALL option from the drop-down, all the data is being listed on the same page.

            So there's no need adding pagination in this case.

            Need to discuss the same.

            Needful done. Now the pagination links are added in case of ALL selection.

            The code is updated in DMS-297 branch.

            Also, I have merged the same in the develop branch.

            When user selected ALL Options from drop-down, now application is showing Paging option.
