Per discussion yesterday:

• Email should contain a copy of signed document to candidate
• Word and PDF files would be used for reference documents
• Candidate will get an email of the completed / signed document after they sign (1 / signed form)
• Files that candidate uploads will not be sent in an email
• Reference documents do not need to be sent each time; these are forms they can download directly from the portal

I have a query regarding attachments to be sent in the mail. do we need to send only document created file or also we should include action required and reference attachments also?

Right now we will just be sending the signed document - users will be able to download the reference documents as needed from the portal.

Hi Swapnil Pandhare,

As per our discussion regarding this implementation. I have tentatively completed this task by sending email to the user notifying about the forms completed along with attachment and the thumbnail part will be covered in another Jira ie DMS-287.

Hi Molly Ronovsky ,

As per mentioned by you in DMS-287, we will achieve thumbnail functionality using image in email and on click of that image, we will invoke an api to download that pdf.

We will create a seperate task for the same and include it in next sprint.
