      Description

      Overview:
      Allow end users to receive email notification with attachment of the completed form they filled out.

      Entry:

      • End user opens email.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      *IF I am an end user, I will receive an email that I have completed the documents I needed to complete.
      *IF I am an end user, the email I receive will have the completed documents attached.

      Exit:
      *End user closes email.
