It seems like this jira will come after DMS-51.
Also, from mockup its not clear that for each templates what would be following attributes ?
1. From
2. To
3. CC
4. Dynamic tags to be replaced
5. Whether this message to be sent or not(configuration flag)

I think we would do similarly to how the ATS sends - if I click on edit template, this is what I see:
Aruna Raheja, can you include the attributes Swapnil mentions? As well, it's worth it to note that if the fields are not filled in, the From comes from the user - but if filled in, it comes from that address vs. whoever is sending. To would be the candidate that is being emailed / sent the form. The tags are the dropdowns in the picture.
The three emails I described in the epic are sent to the candidate, but end user has ability to update these emails in settings. But these would be three defaulted templates for systems. Let me know if you have other questions.

As discussed in meeting, i have done the below changes.
Add fields of "To" "From" & "CC" (Have a query on this like whether you required textfield or textarea for CC)
Change the editor
Remove the option to change the branding. Need to discuss about "Call to Action" with Molly
Kindly let me know if you need something else in this.
Molly Ronovsky Please check and review

Aruna Raheja I do not believe we need the 'to' field, since this is the default template, and once we trigger forms, we know who the 'to' is. So it is weird to see in the template?
Also, you are missing a spot for tags. So to pull in Dear [candidate first name] - there is no where to populate?
Also, i see your note about branding - what will the output look like then? As it still needs to look nice - not saying we have to pull in branding at this point but will need to have a nice look / feel like Sertifi's does.

added a comment - Molly Ronovsky : Have removed the "To" field and uploaded the screen
For tags : It will handled by dev team in editor (as discussed in meeting yesterday)
About Branding : Will change as per feasibility confirmed by Dev Team

As per our discussion we will be implementing the tags in HTML text area, @ will be the Tag character, It will display the DMS fields in the drop down. User need to select the field from drop down
As seen in our call you can refer the Jira comment sample in your mockup
