Epic Name:Candidate Portfolio within DMS
Overview:
Offer a candidate portfolio so that users can click on a candidate and see all documents and communication associated with that candidate, as well as their profile.
User Stories
1. As a user in the DMS, I want to be able to search / see a list of candidates to click so that I can dig deeper into a candidate and information associated with the candidate.
2. As a user in the DMS, I want to be able to click on a candidate and see all documents associated with that candidate so that I can see anything completed by that candidate in one place.
3. As a user in the DMS, I want to be able to see emails sent to a candidate when clicking on their name so that I can see the history of communication.
4. As a user in the DMS, I want to be able to see a candidate’s profile within the DMS when clicking on their name.
5. As a user in the DMS, I want to be able to see any mass mailing communication sent to a candidate so that I can see a history of the campaigns sent to that candidate.
Entry Criteria:
1. The user navigates to a candidate / end user.
2. The user clicks on candidate’s name.
3. The user is able to see the candidate’s portfolio.
Exit Criteria:
- The user sees information.
Acceptance Criteria:
- IF I am logged into the DMS, I am able to see a list of all candidates in DMS.
- IF I am logged into the DMS and looking at a list of candidates, I can also search for candidates.
- IF I am logged into the DMS and I navigate to a candidate, I can see all documents associated with the candidate.
- IF I am logged into the DMS and I navigate to a candidate, I can see various tabs associated with the candidate to see information.
- IF I am logged into the DMS and I navigate to a candidate, I can see all emails that have historically been sent to the candidate.
- IF I am logged into the DMS and I navigate to a candidate, I can see the candidate’s profile which they had completed at registration.
- IF I am logged into the DMS and I navigate to a candidate, I can see all mass mailings a candidate has been sent historically.
Prerequisites:
- User is a current user of DMS or consuming app like CBAT.
- User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.
