As per me, there should be an option of Candidate on Dashboard, from there you can check the candidate list like the attached one. But what all we need to show in this.

For now, the only items required are Name, Email, and options for verifying the resume AND once verified, the company preferences to whom access should be given to. For example, if i have applied to multiple companies, each would be added to my preferences and I can decided if I want to give that company access to my verified resume and can restrict at any point via this company selection preferences. We will add onto this profile as time goes on, but for the first POC that will be all that is needed.

Can you please update the mock-up to be more simplified?

Aruna Raheja Yes, but still needs to be simplified. So can see the fields mentioned above of name, email, profile picture. We don't have all the information you are showing in the picture attached...

Molly Ronovsky : I had a discussion with Ravi Banda and as per him i have kept Education, Experience, Documents and Company Preferences tab. For verification, he needs verification for Experience and education for the time being.

Also as it is candidate personal data so i have given the option to candidate, whether he/she want a verification or not. Thoughts?

I have created mockup for Experience with verification. Please have a look and let me know your feedback. If they are good to go then i will create mockup for other tabs too.

Aruna Raheja I like the verified / not verified, but I do not find the checkbox to be intuitive that by choosing that it will send a request to cbes? Seems a little random in terms of placement / what it is for?

Molly Ronovsky : I had a discussion with Samir and ShashiKant Mishra on this. We have to ask candidate before doing verification of his profile as it not legal that we are verifying candidate data without his permission. So if a user didn't click on the checkbox, cbes is not allowed to do verification for particular candidate.

Aruna Raheja Right, I know that - I just do not think it is intuitive to understand what that check box would do / verbiage doesn't really make sense to me. To me it's almost like something at the bottom asking if they would like to verify their resume? I would think whatever we did there would need to be an ask / explanation, and right now what is there i don't feel like we have either?

Molly Ronovsky : I have kept the verification at the top because if we have a large amount of data then it will be missed from Candidate's eye.

Also, I have changed the verbiage, kindly review it and provide me the feedback.
