• Do the three buttons at the top filter the messages by those types of communication? text, email, sms?
• I think it should be worded Date & Time Received
• How does it look if there is back and forth communication? How are grouped emails shown?
• What is the inbox for? This is for email / mail history that has been sent from the system - is the inbox showing replies? we should be grouping the messages to see the history.
• Are those 'Are you sure' following the CB standard? They look a bit funny to me - Kristen
• Is the in queue showing items in which you have hit sent but they have not actually been sent yet? If so, this should go next to the sent tab to make more sense.
• The email error - it should say something more like 'Once an email has been deleted, there will no longer be a record of this item in the system. This action cannot be undone.'
• Is the attachment column centered and the rest left justified? Looks funny?

How are grouped emails shown? - If there is back and forth, i have put the option of number in front of subject name, so that it is showing how many back and forth are there in a particular mail. I have added a new screen for that by the name "Back and Forth mail". Kindly check

This is for email / mail history that has been sent from the system - is the inbox showing replies? we should be grouping the messages to see the history. - As per my understanding, instead of grouping we should display inbox and sent, as if there are 6 back and forth mail, then it is not a good idea to show all of them there. For this i have created the above screen. Need your thoughts on this
• Are those 'Are you sure' following the CB standard? They look a bit funny to me - Kristen - Yes, it is CB standard message, still we will wait for Kristen to revert

Molly, if it seems off to you we can take a look and see if there is a better treatment. Can you tell us what exactly feels off to you? Do you want more visual treatment?
