Aruna Raheja Why does the send button say 'Send proof?' The 'Proof sent successfully' message also should be changed. Also, what is the new communication pop up for? The verbiage here doesn't make sense - but i'm trying to understand what you would use that pop-up for? Lastly, the 9 fields at the top - is this the best way to organize? As well, if these are just the templates/sending, we wouldn't need a to address - as it would be the candidate you are working with , or just modifying a template....so that doesn't quite make sense to me. I feel like the ATS has it better organized / easier to follow. This seems a bit overwhelming.

This is what ATS looks like when you go to send an email to a candidate:

Molly Ronovsky : Kindly find my comments below-

Why does the send button say 'Send proof?' - Send proof is for sending a test mail to any person before sending to end user so that admin can check whether it is a right format or not. I have added it as additional functionality. Need your thoughts ono the same

The 'Proof sent successfully' message also should be changed. - Let me know what verbiage can we use.

Also, what is the new communication pop up for? The verbiage here doesn't make sense - but i'm trying to understand what you would use that pop-up for? - This is for inputting the email addresses for test mail if admin wants to check. I think it works for you

Lastly, the 9 fields at the top - is this the best way to organize? This seems a bit overwhelming. - I will remove the "TO" address, for 9 fields will share this screen with Kristen and your point as well and take her feedback that how CB is using for other applications, if it works for you

Kindly let me know if you still have any queries.

          • We should change to say 'Send Test Email', then update the Proff sent successfully to 'Test Email sent successfully!'
          • We need to update the verbiage for the communication pop-up as it does not make sense right now. Can you change to: Please enter email address(es) in which test email should be sent (If sending to multiple email addresses, please use a comma to separate each email address).
          • Where is the actual option to send? I only see send test - what if they do not want to send a test?

Molly Ronovsky : I have implemented the above changes suggested by you, kindly have a look. Also for 9 fields i have updated one more design by the name
"New Design.png", please provide your suggestions on that too.

Aruna Raheja Yes - the 9 fields look better that way - can we update the screenshots? Also, the screenshot where you type in email addresses it still says 'Send Proof'

Aruna RahejaLooks good - also i think for the pop-up to enter email addresses, we should make it say Email address(es),since it's not required to put multiple.
