Environment: Preproduction

The issue of Archieve button not working in Completed/ Sent form library. So, assigning for the same.

Hi Priya Dhamande,

Please find attached screenshot. I am able to perform Archive action on the pre-prod environment & have gone through the preview functionality displays the pdf properly. This issue is not related to code failure as I have compared API code from both platforms they are in sync & it seems to be environment issue as API are working fine on local & breaks intermittently on pre-prod.
