Thanks for the background. If I understand that correctly, then if you have 1 or 2 documents to Approve, then you get 2.1 which has the button. If you have 3 or more, then 2.2 will show with the thumbnails.

Also, for the open question around the email showing multiple documents tied to a single Approval flow OR all documents assigned for User to Approve, is this something you can provide more details on Samir?

Hi Robert Malony,

There are two different mock-ups, first one is used if there is a single document. Once a user click on Review and approve button (that he received on his email) he will be redirected to Mock-up 2.3.

Second mock-up is received, once recruiter has 3-4 documents to review. He has to click on the attached document to approve.

Also, are those multiple Documents per an approval flow and not just Documents from multiple approval flows the Approver needs to review? for this we need to check with DEV team that how they will manage the same in backend

For the first two mock-ups with emails, what are the differences, meaning when will those show (one with a button to Review and Approve and then the Documents themselves). If I click on the link does that take me to the Review and Approve page that the button would take me through? What happens when I click on the Documents in the email?

Also, are those multiple Documents per an approval flow and not just Documents from multiple approval flows the Approver needs to review?

Hi Aruna Raheja,

The emails that will be sent for approval one at a time. For instance, if I am an approver for all requisitions, then I should get a unique email for each approval that I need to make. If there are multiple documents tied to a single requisition that need approval, then those documents will be sent via one email, or at least they should.

Hi Samir,

Reviewed these requirements and we need this functionality with Offer Letter for Fall release. There needs to be a way for those that are in the approval process flow to view the offer letter and either accept or reject with changes/comments.

Adding for UX to provide any visuals that are needed as there has to be a chain of approval and rejections for offer letters.
