Description

Replication steps :

1. Hit the url
2. Login with admin
3. Upload the PDF > Observe that fields are not populated in IE browser.
Same PDF when uploaded in chrome browser, fields were populated

PFA-

Expected result : Fields should get populated in IE browser as well.
as fields are not populating we are not able to create template and test the further flow.

Environment: PreProd
Browser: IE 11

Complete flow of DMS work flow is verified fro Admin and Candidate login.

So, marking jira Done.
