Register Now | Forward slash in candidate username

Replication steps:
1. Create the document
2. Send forms
3. Candidate will receive an email to register.
4. Click on Review and complete
5. Candidate will navigate to registration page
6. Enter the data and save
7. Again candidate will receive an email for username
8. Observe that there is forward slash in username

Expected Result : Forward slash from username should be removed.
