Review And Sign Tile | SuperAdmin not able to see the candidate document

Replication steps :

1. Login with application(username - cbuser)
2. Create the document template
3. Send forms > Enter email address and text and send the forms
4. Login with super-admin(Username - super-admin)
5. Click on review and sign tile > Document is not visible though candidate is receiving email

Expected Result : Review document should be visible
