Send forms | Notes comments should not highlight

Replication steps :
1. Login to application
2. Send forms > Action document > Next
3. Observe that Email subject/Email address of additional signer/Separate email with commas all these are notes

Expected result : Their font size should be less compare to other text in forms and should be clearly mention as Note : Email subject likewise for all notes.
