- Register webhooks with the messaging service
- Webhook to receive the status of the sent message (delivered or not) and save it

The Outbond API is tested on /api/SMS/History.
The outbond displays true when sent from same Account DID and False when false.
Screen capture attached for refrence.
So, marking this jira ready.
SMS event are now being captured successfully for outbound SMS.
