Scope of ticket

1. Here we consider only integration of API with oneIm. So third party users can call DMS API using oneim.

prerequisite for this is DMS-734.

Done with code change and for testing used public key provided by Harshveer Singh .

We register one API , but got reply from team.

As per comments in mail we need DNS name & base segment.

Also Dmitry Harnitski we provide details about public keys file. So we can use that public key.

We have done with code changes , API registration will done under DMS-734.
