Lock fields in templates

      Description

      Overview:
      As a DMS user, I want the ability to lock down fields so that they cannot be edited or changed.

      Entry:
      1. User enters DMS.
      2. User navigates to Email Templates.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      *IF I am a DMS user creating an email template, I am able to lock down information within the template so that it cannot be changed when another user uses the template to send to end user.
      *IF I am a DMS user creating an email template, I am able to lock down dynamic fields that are pulled from consuming applications so that fields cannot be modified (for example, base and bonus fields in an offer template).
      *IF I am a DMS user sending an email template that has locked fields, I am not able to edit that information in the preview/edit stage.

      Exit:
      *User indicates which pieces of information are locked / cannot be changed.
      *User saves email template.
      *User exits DMS.

      Prerequisites:
      *User is a current user of CBAT, CBES, or WT OR has stand alone link to log in.
      *User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.

          • Lock down information within the template: Here template means document template right? 
          • Can you please clarify: *IF I am a DMS user sending an email template that has locked fields, I am not able to edit that information in the preview/edit stage.

          Swapnil Pandhare This will also be next release - so you do not need to work on.

          Aruna Raheja So, this would be if a template is created and we are pulling in tags from let's say CBAT. And let's say we used a field for compensation to be pulled in so the email would act as an offer letter. We would not want a user who does not have access to that field to be able to edit the content of that field before sending to user. So they may see a preview of what the email will look like to the candidate, but they shouldn't be able to edit what the tag pulls in in some circumstances. Does that make sense?

          Hi Molly Ronovsky : Have created rough wireframes on this. I am not able to check locking option on above URL as it will be available for Premium clients.

          Kindly have a look on attached wireframes, if they are good to go then i will create the high fidelity mockups.

          I have created first draft of Custom Email Template. If they are good to go then will create more screens. I need properties of every attribute. I have put some dummy properties in BUTTON attribute for your reference.

          Kindly provide your feedback so that i can start working on to the same.
