Use case:

While creating document template, "Action Required" type document has field mapping mandatory. But Field mapping should not be mandatory for "Reference" type document.

We have removed the validation for "Reference" type document, If Document type is "Reference" and fields are not mapped then system will allow to create template. However, it's optional and one can select "Reference" document and map fields too.

Based on above use-case I have verified the document creation for Reference form type.
Below are the scenarios Executed :
1.Selected Form Type > Reference > Mapped the fields : Document created successfully
2.Selected Form Type > Reference > Not Mapped the fields : Document created successfully
But in case of 2nd scenario, not able to preview the document.
Refer DMS-803.

As main scenario's are working fine.
Hence closing this ticket.

Verified the implementation.

Test cases: Testcases_DMS-630.xls

Working as expected.

For 'action required' Form type DMS-976 is created.

Yes you can create both action and reference without mapping.

However, as i mentioned in other tickets Priya Dhamande had me test, reference docs are not sending / showing up in candidate portal.
