If the user is same, even though the template is different , signature is showing show if its saved for that user

Hi Jayshree Nagpure,

As per our discussion last time, you mentioned that the signature are getting deleted once build goes online.
Today for verification, I added a sign on preprod against my user and checked post build.
I am able to view signature library, which indicates that sign is present in DB.
Can you please specify any specific scenario for this issue.

1. Create new PDf template
2. Send Forms
3. candidate login > Review and Sign
4. Signature component > Signature Library missing

Hi Priya Dhamande,

The scenario we created for this is as below:
1. Template created where signature is not mapped.
2. On Review and Sign, add signature.
3. As signature is not mapped, sign data will not be saved.
4. Open different template for Review and Sign which has signature.
5. As sign is not saved earlier, signature library will not be populated.

Note: If sign is mapped on template and sign is added on Review and sign, the next document that is opened will contain signature library.

Fix done for this :
While creating template, if document is marked as E-sign document, then a popup will come which says to map signature field.

This Issue will replicate for templates which are not marked as E-sign and signature is not mapped but has signature control in PDF as we are not checking whether signature is mapped while showing signature green box on UI. 

Priya Dhamande: Please create a new Jira for above mentioned case.

1. Admin Login > Send PDF to user with Signature mapped and E signed selected
2. Send Form
3. Candidate receives for Review and Sign > Select document > Review and Sign
4. Add Signature > Save > Submit
5. Review and Sign > Signed > Signature available

Now, again Send another document to same candidate with Signature mapped and E signed selected

Expected: Signature Library should be available
Actual: The Signature Library should is unavailable

Condition has been added to not update the sign when admin is sending the forms.

Tested Scenarios

1. Normal user flow
2. Guest user flow

Please review the PR.

This issue is not getting reproduced. I used the same logins as provided in earlier comment and used two different templates to send the forms.
As discussed, please verify this again.
