Environment: PreProd

Steps:

Login > review and Sign
Add comments
Select Attach a File
Browse File > Select file
Cancel
Now again click the Attach a file

Actual: Previously selected file is already attached even after cancel
Expected: Once Cancel is clicked the file should de-attached.

The issue is verified and working as expected. Now, Candidate doesn't see the older PDF when Cancel is clicked.
so, marking jira Done.
