DMS | Post Comments | Attachment | the attachment should clear when cancel button is clicked

      Description

      Environment: PreProd

      Steps:

      1. Login > review and Sign
      2. Add comments 
      3. Select Attach a File
      4. Browse File > Select file 
      5. Cancel
      6. Now again click the Attach a file

      Actual: Previously selected file is already attached even after cancel
      Expected: Once Cancel is clicked the file should de-attached.

          The issue is verified and working as expected. Now, Candidate doesn't see the older PDF when Cancel is clicked.
          so, marking jira Done.
