Environment: PreProd

Steps:

Login > review and Sign
Add comments
Select Attach a File
Browse File > Select file
Cancel

Once the File attached cannot be de-attach or changed.

Actual: Candidate cannot change the fie browsed
Expected: User should able to change / de-attached the file selected

The issue of attachment not getting canceled is verified and working as expected.
