      Description

      Environment: PreProd

      Steps:

      1. Login > review and Sign
      2. Add comments 
      3. Select Attach a File
      4. Browse File > Select file 
      5. Cancel

      Once the File attached cannot be de-attach or changed.

      Actual: Candidate cannot change the fie browsed
      Expected: User should able to change / de-attached the file selected
