Steps:
1. Login > Email Templates
2. Select any template
3. Ex: # first Name is added > Saved
4. Whne Employee receives mail, along with candidate First name the tage is appearing

The issue is now replicating again.

We have check and email template was modified with link of first name not tag name due to which it not replacing value.
We have now corrected email template on pre-prod environment. Please check once.
