      Description

      Scenario :
      Document is sent for review and sign.
      Document template is deleted.
      Candidate logs to review and sign same document.
      Candidate received 400 bad request error.

      Expected:
      All references of the document where in use should be deleted if document is deleted

          Environment: PreProd

          We are not deleting it, we are making Decline and it wont be able to submit again.
          The button is now changed to Decline.

          Refer screen capture.

          So, marking jira Done.
