Please verify this scenario now.
Please ensure that you are using accountDID = A7F0PT78MTMZ470WBBT because as of now all depending data are configured for this company.
This accountDID is of a company whose id in Company Table is 1 and communicationID is priya.dhamande@harbingergroup.com

We have verified this through Swagger and postman.
- User is getting added and cross verified in DB.
- User is also added in DB.
- Verified the scenario if user is already exists : proper validation message is shown.
- User generation check is added to Email address : checks email address, if its duplicate then showing message as "User already exists"
- Also if valid email address is entered, then candidate is receiving email with username.password policy is not generating.(refer
DMS-793)
