      Description

      Review and sign > click on submit
      Pop-up UI is disturbed
      Also on click of OK page is loading for more than 10 min

      Expected : Popup should be properly visible with description as previous and on click of OK loading should not last more than 10 sec

          Hi Jayshree Nagpure,

          The Pop-up UI issue is being resolved.

          For a delayed response after the form submission:

          The page is redirected to completed and sent forms page and we are getting late response from the API

          Details are:

          http://40.124.26.81:88/api/FormsLibrary/GetAssignedFormDetails/0/1/10/0//

          TTFB is around 35 sec
