Verified on email template of welcome user.
As per text mentioned in email template there is no url. but which url we have to configure here ?
because there is no as such url mentioned in tags

As per discussion with Swapnil, One should add the hardcoded URL of DMS portal on the email template so that it will be visible.
There is no Tag for dms portal url as of now.

Hi Jayshree Nagpure,
Please check the email template of Welcome user if whether all tags are properly mapped.
As per the template details will be visible on Email.
