HTML forms input fields validation for Dates and other fields

      Description

      Check validations for Date and other inputs required in html forms uploaded form CBES.

      Also need to check for multi lingual forms and its processing.

      HTML forms validation present already to HTML should work accordingly.

            Verified on Preproduction for HTML
            Verified Email validation
            Even though incorrect format email address was given , Form send successfully
            Verified when downloading through competed/send forms library > email address was showing incorrect.

            This mentioned issue for updating the fields are logged in Jira DMS-1048 as this is related to API side.

            Once its done we can check this Jira again.

            Keeping this on HOLD now.
