      Steps:

      Create template > send forms > Preview > Send

      Edit template > Save > Preview template > No data available in preview.

      Also, Select template > Fields mapping template is missing

          Hi Priya Dhamande,

          I tried to repro this issue on local and prod environment with steps given by you for both 'PDF' and 'HTML' file type, but not able to repro it.
          So can you please help me to repro this issue?

          The issue is verified on production and not replicating today.
          We will keep this jira under observation for few days to confirm an dclosed if not replicating.
