1.Gaps after inserted fields - should be smooth - Need to do R&D for this.

    - Discussed this with ABCPDF support. As PDF layout cannot be altered with ABCPDF, this task is not feasible.
2. semi-monthly - id to be converted into human readable string - Need to give more description

• Currently this is fine with SMB team.
  3. Roles and Responsivilities... - we are planning to send multiline text with lines delimited by \n character. Please test multiline - This should be flexible

Hi Priya Dhamande,

Please create SMB offer letter PDF with text type template in DMS and verify the SMB flow.

Also, verify if 1st and 3rd points gets resolved with this.
