      Description

      Environment: Preprod

      1. Create Template
      2. Category > End User Template
      3. Template Name > New End User Template > Save
      4. Now, again Create Template
      5. Category > Delinquent Email

      User should able to create template with same name with different category.

            Hi Priya Dhamande,

            Yes, we can create a template with the same name in a different category. Right now we are just focusing on the category, not on the template name. So based on this you also cannot create multiple templates with the different name in one category. You can create multiple templates with a different name only when you have selected custom template type. But this is also not working now, we are fixing this from API side.
