      Description

      Environment: PreProd

      Steps:
      1. Create Email template
      2. Add New Template
      3. Add Image component > OK
      4. Category: Custom
      5. Save

      Image component is not getting added.

            The image tag is working fine. I think the image URL is not the correct one that you are using. Have a look at the following 

            I'm able to put the image.

            Hi Priya Dhamande

            I got your issue. When you are putting URL of the image from the server side, it's taking some time to save the base64 string of that image. And in this, we can't do anything.

            Environment: PreProd

            The issue of image not getting saved is verified on PreProd. Screen capture attached for reference.
            So, marking jira Done.
