DMS | Clone Email template | User able to create template without adding mandatory field

Environment: Preprod

1. Clone > Email template
2. Template Type > Change Custom option instead of System Template
3. Update all mandatory fields except Category
4. Save

User able to create Email template without adding mandatory fields.
