Form builder :- Changes done on Page Field configuration are not being saved on click of save button

Steps:-
1] Log into the system using valid credentials
2] Search and select company
3] Click on Form Builder option from Benadmin section.
4] Click on Demographics form from grid.
5] Click on Page Field configuration tab
6] Make some changes and click on save button.

Actual Result:-
No details are being saved on Page field configuration

Expected Result:-
Details should be saved on Page field configuration
