Issue: calendar should display the month for which the date is present not the currebnt month
Steps:
Ex: Change Classes Page
Change Classes > Class Change Date input text field > 25/12/2016 > Save
Click on date field > Calendar shows current month instead of December month
Verified the same on Stage, for stage it is showing the month Dec. month.
This change is applicable to all date format and through the pages mentioned in NF-8 and NF-16 where date field is input field.
This change is need to be updated for all the pages. So, as per discussion Girija will be implementing this throughout.
So, assigning to her, also as per mail from Amruta, we will be implementing this after stage patch.

Issue: Calendar not displaying month as per the date added.
The issue is verified on Lb, for Demographics, Education and Change Classes pages. This is not working as expected. So, opening the jira on LB.
