Correction in User Access Policy - Platform

      Description

      Following corrections should be made in user access policy - platform.

      1. Remove 'Logout' option.
      2. Remove 'Help' and its sub menu 'Help Index'.
      3. Remove 'Video/Brochure Library' option as this option is in 'BenAdmin part of user access policy'.
      4. Remove 'My Benefits' option as this option is in 'BenAdmin' part of user access policy.
      5. Remove the option 'My Profile' as this option is not visible to either partner, broker or company admin when they are on the employee dashboard.
        • The sub menus of 'My Profile' ( 'Initiate Qualifying Event', 'Forms Library' and 'Primary Care Provider' ) should be moved under 'Employee' menu as these are visible under 'Employee' when partner, broker or company admin is on the employee dashboard.
      6. Remove the option 'My Dependents' as this option is not visible to either partner, broker or company admin when they are on the employee dashboard.
        • The sub menu of 'My Dependents' ('Child Management') should be moved under 'Dependents' menu as it is visible under 'Dependents' when partner, broker or company admin is on the employee dashboard.
      7. Remove the option 'Themes' shown under 'Customizer'. This option is no longer needed as the ability to select theme is provided on the profile page of the partner and broker.
      8. Change color of option 'Dashboard Configuration' from 'Global and Company level' to 'Global Level' due to following reason
        • Dashboard configuration is not available to partner , broker and company admin at company level.
      9. The option 'View History' is shown under 'Employer Administrator' on user access policy and it is marked as 'Company and Employee Level'
        • However on employee level this option is shown under 'Employee' menu.
      10. Remove the option 'Payroll Schedules' is shown under 'Employer Administration'. This option should be added in 'BenAdmin' part of user access policy.
        • Vijayendra Shinde Please add here correct location of 'Payroll Schedules' in BenAdmin.
      11. Remove the option 'Paid Time Off' shown under 'Employer Administration'. This option should be added in 'BenAdmin' part of user access policy.
      12. Remove 'Health Score'option as this option should be in 'Wellness' part of user access policy.
